Thanksgiving is always a time for reflection. We here at Voices@SamsungSemiconductor have a lot to be thankful this year.
Since last Thanksgiving, we’ve given readers more than 30 blog posts on topics ranging from a new foundry business model, to the technology behind 3D TV, to the future of mobile payments. Jim Elliott had an interesting debate on the reliability of SSDs with some of our enthusiastic readers, and Scott Birnbaum held his Second Annual Gears for Giving cycling fundraiser.
We introduced some new faces from Samsung Semiconductor, such as Kathy Choe Thomas and Jonathan Chizick, and also published some unique perspective from ARM’s Ian Ferguson, Microsoft’s Dr. Dileep Bhandarkar, and Oracle’s Lydia Smyers. We brought you coverage from some of the hottest tech tradeshows of the year, including SAP Sapphire Now, Common Platform Technology Forum, Supercomputing 2012, and of course, our own 2012 CIO Forum.
It’s been quite an exciting year for us here at Voices, and we’re so glad to have such loyal readers. In the next few weeks, we’ll be taking a look at what’s on the horizon for 2013. We hope you’re as eager for another great year as we are!
From all of us at Samsung Semiconductor, wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving.Technorati Tags: Samsung, Samsung Semiconductor, Thanksgiving
